Bucătărie, living, dormitor, baie și hol — întregul apartament a fost proiectat, fabricat și montat de Tandem CASA. Un singur proiect, o singură echipă, o singură responsabilitate.
Paleta îmbină tonurile calde de stejar, nuanțele de bej și accentele de teracotă. În living, masa rotundă și fotoliile rotative tapițate definesc zona de dining, iar panoul cu lamele verticale integrează televizorul și consola suspendată. Bucătăria combină corpuri superioare cu textură de lemn, fronturi inferioare fără mânere și un blat cu model de marmură, cu electrocasnicele integrate într-o coloană dedicată. Dormitorul este construit în jurul patului tapițat cu tăblie cu cusături verticale.
