According to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs, before placing the order, respectively, making the payment for the Materials.

When you want to cancel the restriction of processing, you can do so by one of the methods used for the restriction.

Given that within the website there is a Careers section, we bring to your attention that the personal data you transmit to us through the CV that you make available to us will be used only for the purpose of your selection for the position for which you applied, this data being protected and secured in accordance with EU Regulation 679-680/2016.
Your personal data will be kept only if you are selected for the position for which you applied and only for the period provided by law; subsequently they will be deleted and destroyed by a specific program for those in electronic format, while those in physical format will be destroyed with the equipment necessary for destruction, according to the law. In the event that you are not selected for the position for which you applied, your data will be deleted immediately from our account if your professional training is not compatible with the requirements of the vacant position, and in the event that you are professionally compatible with other existing positions within our company, your personal data may be kept in our database for a period of maximum 3 (three) years.
Your personal data will not be outsourced and will not be disclosed to third parties, and access to it will not be allowed except to authorized persons, such as the person responsible for recruitment. No data other than the mandatory data will be kept unless the law provides for this or the internal regulations of the company, but only with your prior consent. In the event that you are selected for the position for which you applied, the data collected from you will be kept for as long as the individual employment contract concluded between the parties is valid and after the termination of the contract, according to the legislation in force. Likewise, when you are invited to an interview, we bring to your attention that video surveillance cameras are installed on the company's premises, and the images captured by them are kept on the server for a period of 30 days.
We inform you that the company's server is located in the Republic of Moldova, and the personal data from the computers reaches this server. You, as the data subject, have the right at any time to request information about your data.”
